Earth Adventures Day Camp - 2100
- for kids from 5 - 12 years of age

At Earth Adventures Day Camp campers will have fun, hands-on, outdoor experiences.

Our camps will help to create a life long love and appreciation of our natural world. This year our theme is Symbols of Our State. Campers will have fun while learning about Illinois’ state symbols through activities, hikes, free play, arts and crafts, and more! Join us for a summer of outdoor fun!

Earth Adventures Day Camp is open to children from 5 years through 12 years of age. Camp meets weekly at the Rock Springs Nature Center from 9:00 a.m. to noon.

For our first week of Earth Adventures we will explore the fascinating world down under – no, not Australia! The world under our feet! Find out more about our state mineral, Fluorite, and state fossil, the Tully Munster, for some cool facts you’ll really dig! Fee $10, reservations required. Meets at Rock Springs Nature Center.

We’ll make a splash of our own for Water Week! Please bring a towel and a dry change of clothes as we will be getting wet! Fee $10, reservations required. Meets at Rock Springs Nature Center.
9:00 a.m. to noon on July 10th or July 11th
